“绝地求生大逃杀”游戏提示“Cannot find 'MSVCP140.dll'”解决方案

部分Win7/Win8.1系统新安装绝地求生大逃杀游戏出现“Cannot find \'MSVCP140.dll\'.Please, re-install this application”错误，无法进入游戏

原因：
游戏依赖的VC2015运行库无法安装（多为精简版系统），需要修复系统环境（安装KB2999226补丁）才可安装VC2015
